Alex Lawrence

Business Development Director

Alex has a wealth of experience in the service industry having initially sold soft services for 5 years, winning key contracts including one of the UK’s most iconic landmarks. Latterly, Alex worked for CBRE where he enjoyed three successful years specialising in hard services and Integrated FM solutions. Alex will focus on supporting our Hard Services team in strategically expanding their business as well as developing our IFM offering.

Amy Hossin

Finance Manager

Amy Hossin is the Finance Manager for Q3’s Technical Services business. Since joining Q3, Amy has demonstrated strong financial skills, analysis and technical ability which all contributed to her promotion to the role of Finance Manager in November 2024.

Amy Merrell

Manager Q3 recycling and waste

Amy Merrell is the manager of our sustainable recycling business. Having joined the business in 2021. She has a wealth of industry experience and knowledge around the big issue of sustainability, which is such an integral element of modern facilities management, particularly with the pressure for businesses to attain Net Zero status.

Audrius Gricius

Controller/CCTV Operator

Audrius Gricius, works as a Controller/CCTV operator on The Square shopping centre contract in Camberley. Audrius is enrolled in a team leader/supervisor apprenticeship programme with Q3 which he hopes will lead to a team leader/supervisor role within the organisation.

Beki Streeter

Business Support Administrator

Beki has worked for Q3 since February 2022, supporting the entire business from an admin point of view.  She has been the brain child behind the creation of the Q3 volunteering programme and the driving force behind many of our charity fund-raising activities. Beki is the go-to person for information on our accreditations, policies and procedures which are an important part of any FM operation.

Chris Finch

Contract Manager

Chris Finch is the Contract Manager on Q3’s cleaning contract with the London Borough of Redbridge. He joined Q3 on 1st July 2021 and his first job was to help mobilise the contract for an August 1st start, and it’s been pretty full on ever since. Chris has worked in the cleaning business for over 25 years, looking after some impressive high-profile contracts such as the Royal Palaces, National Audit Office, OFCOM and BBC.

Daniela Tonon

Finance Assistant

Daniela Tonon is our Finance Assistant responsible for managing the finances of two of our major IFM accounts, Maximus and Catapult. As part of her ongoing career development with Q3, Daniela is now embarking on her CIMA qualifications.

Danny Gardner

Operations Director

Danny Gardner is the Operations Director for Q3’s technical services business. Since starting as an electrical apprentice on the Jubilee line extension, Danny has enjoyed over two decades working across building services and TFM/IFM service delivery in both the private and public sectors, specialising in hard services engineering, and HVAC within business-critical environments, and the FM sector generally.

Fabio Goncalves

Contract Manager

Fabio has worked in the FM sector for around 10 years, starting part-time as an Event Coordinator while still finishing his degree at Kingston University. After some time at Chelsea Harbour, he transferred to our Salesforce contract where he is currently Contract Manager. This is a challenging role which he juggles with studying for the IWFM level 4 Facilities Management Apprenticeship.

Ferhat Goual

Site Cleaning and Waste Manager

Ferhat is the Site Cleaning and Waste Manager at our Chelsea Harbour contract in west London. The site incorporates some exclusive residential apartments and the The Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, the largest interior design retail and trade centre in Europe. Ferhat and the Site Presentation Team are constantly on their toes making sure these important areas are kept spotless. Check out our Chelsea Harbour case study for more details.

Ian Adams

Marketing Manager

Ian’s career experience is rooted in B2B marketing and communications. His move to the FM/building services sector began in 2001 with a marketing manager’s role in Dalkia, a specialist energy services company. Since then, he has worked in a variety of senior, strategic marketing and communications roles in quite a few leading FM service providers.

Shortly after Q3 was formed, Ian was delighted to receive an invitation to join the team and renew acquaintances with many ex-colleagues he had encountered during his time in FM.

James Douglas

Commercial Director

Following a successful career in the Royal Air Force in which he served in Iraq, James embarked on a new direction, entering the FM industry as a Sales Executive with Lancaster Office Cleaning, in 2007. Since then, James has spent 16 years selling soft services into the corporate and public market sectors. Since joining Q3, James has demonstrated his credentials with a number of significant contract wins.

Lucy Hayes

Director

Lucy joined Q3 having worked for some of the largest FM providers in the UK. Having started her career in the defence sector, Lucy moved into the corporate world and worked successfully on some of the largest soft FM tenders within the industry.

Originally experienced in bid management, Lucy seized the opportunity through her involvement in the creation of Q3, to transition into HR. From the outset, she has led Q3’s people strategy and having gained the CIPD Level 5 in People Management, has driven through numerous initiatives to support the Quality People value which lies at the core of Q3’s corporate values. These initiatives include, DAISY (an online reward and recognition programme), an e-learning platform, Q3’s apprenticeship programme and the implementation of a complete range of quality-people policies, designed to retain and attract quality talent.

Luis Lopes

Operations Director

Luis was one of the early members of the fledgling Q3 business when it was formed in 2018. With a career in operations spanning cleaning, FM and events & leisure services over 25 years, Luis has the ideal credentials for overseeing our operational delivery.

Lynne English

Operations Director

Lynne is an Operations Director in our Integrated FM team with responsibility for delivery at three of our important IFM contracts. Before joining Q3, she worked client-side for AO, the online electrical retailer across their UK and German operations. Prior to that, she was originally with the FM team at BT, until that business was outsourced to CBRE and she TUPEd across

Marta Franchi 

Finance Manager

Marta has been Finance Manager of Q3 since 2019 and is a fully qualified accounting technician and member of the AAT.

Having previously gained experience working as an Executive Assistant with large multinationals both in the UK and abroad, she is now very much engaged in the boutique mindset where she can see the added value of providing a personal touch.

Combining her analytical and organisational skills with her ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels, Marta maintains an improvement focus and is intent on supporting what best benefits our clients and business as a whole.

Martyn Freeman

Paul Baker

Paul had a long and varied career in banking and property management. As Group Property director at Lloyds Banking Group, Paul met Martyn Freeman who was then with Mitie to whom Lloyds outsourced its FM. When Paul retired he picked up with Martyn at Mitie and from there they conceived the idea of Q3, growing it together with the other shareholders and teams to what it is now. ‘Martyn is the main driver but I like to think I am there to add support when needed’.

Paul Courtney

HR Advisor

Paul spent the past 15 years working within the education sector for a national training provider, which offered a range of apprenticeships across different sectors. He joined Q3 in 2022 to support and strengthen the HR function, following the organisation’s recent organic growth, and diversification into hard services FM.

Paul O’Boyle

Operations Manager

Paul is Operations Manager at our Chelsea Harbour contract in West London and has run the team there since the early days, when Q3 secured the contract. Chelsea Harbour is an interesting blend of commercial, residential and retail functions and Paul is kept on his toes meeting the daily demands of FM in such an environment. Stuart has over 20 years of high-level experience in the FM world and was an innovator in the field of lean service delivery, especially in the British cleaning arena.
