Since the Covid 19 pandemic, the way we occupy and operate in the office workplace has been evolving at a furious rate.
The traditional office working model has been disrupted with increased adoption of home working, teleconferencing and flexible/hybrid working models. FM providers like Q3 don’t just have to keep pace with what is happening in the workplace, we need to be one step ahead – understanding and interpreting what the next phase might be, and helping our clients plan accordingly.
Right now, Q3 is helping clients address issues like employee comfort, productivity, and seamless IT integration. We work to optimise the workplace environment, ensuring the correct temperatures, good lighting, air quality, and acoustics throughout. We are installing new amenities, comfortable seating, breakout areas, and wellness retreats. We do this because it’s crucial to ensure employee satisfaction in an environment where there is a battle for talent and individuals have the freedom to vote with their feet if they don’t like what they’re given.
This recent workplace upheaval has not come as such a big shock for the Q3 team. Since its inception in 2018, Q3 has operated an agile working model across most of our business and during the pandemic we led the industry by implementing alternative, fleet-footed operational strategies to ensure business continuity across our clients’ facilities.

I just wanted to send in my thanks to Emma, who helped me on Saturday when my Mum passed out in front of TK Maxx. Emma was very friendly, calm and efficient, I don't know what I would have done without her. She was so professional and knew exactly what was needed I couldn't believe it when screens turned up and a wheel chair, all organised by Emma without making myself or especially my Mum feel stupid or an inconvenience.
