Q3 has many public sector clients on its books, because we understand the differing requirements, structures, and expectations they have, and how to work with them.

There is a political dimension to most decisions, complex stakeholder management, a universal need for strict security and confidentiality, and a strong ethic around financial transparency and public accountability. Tendered contracts are the mainstay of the public sector procurement process, driven by the need to demonstrate best value, often misinterpreted to mean the cheapest price.

In many respects, Q3’s approach to a potential public sector client is not hugely different to our approach to a private sector one. It’s all about getting a deep understanding of your unique requirements within the context of the socio-political constraints and tailoring our services to meet these specific needs.

Our company values emphasise the importance of sustainability – not just from an environmental perspective but through operating a sustainable business model. We are committed to being a Net Zero business by 2035 and operate through the Planet Mark accreditation scheme to ensure we stay firmly on that pathway.

Strong business ethics, community engagement and a commitment to deliver social value are fundamental to the way we operate. We were one of the first Living Wage Foundation recognised service providers which means that we have committed to paying all directly employed members of staff, not tied to client contracts, the Real Living Wage.

We also have Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation so you can be sure that our processes and data are secure and not vulnerable to attack from external third parties.

Testimonials

I just wanted to send in my thanks to Emma, who helped me on Saturday when my Mum passed out in front of TK Maxx. Emma was very friendly, calm and efficient, I don't know what I would have done without her. She was so professional and knew exactly what was needed I couldn't believe it when screens turned up and a wheel chair, all organised by Emma without making myself or especially my Mum feel stupid or an inconvenience. Please can you pass on mine, my Mum's and family's thanks to Emma, she is a star and a very kind person.
