We have the pleasure to announce that Q3 Services Group Limited has agreed to the purchase of OCS One Complete Solution Limited (Jersey) / OCS One Complete Solution Limited (Guernsey) / Meadowcroft Limited.
Q3 Services Group Limited have acquired the shares in the Company with effect from 1 May 2018.
Q3 is a British boutique FM company that has three main objectives: to boost productivity through healthier workplaces, to be more open and transparent with all stakeholders and to transform the working environment for its own employees. The management team are highly experienced in FM having worked across the industry for many years.
Martyn Freeman, Q3 CEO comments: “We are excited by the acquisition which helps to increase the Q3 brand in the market place.”
