From WeWork to your own office: Navigating FM challenges in a new space

For many growing businesses, moving from a shared workspace to a dedicated office is an exciting milestone. It signals expansion, greater autonomy, and the ability to create a working environment tailored to your company’s needs. One of the first challenges business leaders encounter is maintenance and repairs. In a shared space, problems are logged with the provider and quickly resolved.
