Q3 is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Newtons Group Ltd, a London and south-east based company delivering M&E and associated hard building services.
The acquisition of the Newtons Group introduces a technical services offering that is highly complementary to Q3’s existing, soft-service expertise. The company believes that this will enable Q3 to provide an enhanced and more complete range of self-delivered FM services to the clients of both organisations.
Newtons Group Ltd will retain their trading name within the Q3 Group and Harry Leeson will continue to run the operation as Managing Director.
Commenting on the move, Martyn Freeman CEO of Q3 said, “This is a major strategic step in our progress to becoming a significant player in the FM sector, strengthening our range of service lines and capabilities, and moving us up to the next level where we want to be.”
Harry Leeson said, “We are looking forward to embracing the values of the Q3 organisation and working with the team to help realise the company’s future ambitions.”
