Following a competitive tender process through the States of Guernsey Government Procurement Framework, Q3 is pleased to announce that it has secured a long-term contract for cleaning services at Sir Charles Frossard House.
The prominent building in St. Peter Port, is the main office housing over 300 officers and civil servants for the States of Guernsey.
The contract, which was mobilised on 21st July 2025, will focus on delivering high standards of cleanliness by prioritising both hygiene and sustainability. Using environmentally friendly cleaning products and systems, Q3 aims to create a healthier workspace for the occupants, while reducing the environmental impact of daily operations.
Commenting on the award, Julie Taylor, Business Development Manager at Q3 said, “We are delighted to have secured this prestigious contract, adding to our growing portfolio of work with The States of Guernsey, as well as commercial customers on the island. The whole team is really looking forward to a long and successful relationship with our new client.”
