Q3 Head office is in Theale in the Thames Valley and we also have offices in the Channel Islands in Guernsey and Jersey.

“We set ourselves a challenge in 2018 to become a trusted FM company, one that lives every day by its values of being open, honest, and transparent in everything that we do. Just a few years later, I’m particularly proud that we are succeeding in meeting those objectives.

In our industry, few suppliers take account of the maturity of a potential client and where they sit in their outsourcing journey. They refuse to invest enough time listening to, and understanding their customer’s challenges and needs and this is a fundamental mistake.

When we founded Q3, we had a vision of FM that broke away from this old, broken model, one that was the antithesis of this standard off -the-shelf approach.
